Lynch Title I Program

Dear Families,

As we write this, we are looking forward to a new year of learning and excitement!

Title I is a federally funded program that provides support to struggling students.  We

also provide learning opportunities and resources for families.  We would like to take

this opportunity to share some information about our Title I staff:

Kasie Allen – Learning Coach & Reading Recovery Teacher

My husband and I have two children, two cats, and two dogs.  Our son, Evrett

is 10, and our daughter, Averie, is 14.  We really enjoy doing things outdoors.

We have many adventures together!  When I am not at school, you will often

find me at the Lapeer Animal Shelter walking dogs and working to find homes

for shelter animals.

I am entering my fifteenth year as a teacher.   I hold degrees in Early

Childhood Education and Literacy, I am a trained Reading Recovery teacher, and

I have taught a variety of grades at the elementary level.  You can contact me at

(810)667-2448 or [email protected].

Amber Weidinger – Learning Coach & Reading Recovery Teacher

My husband and I have one daughter, Ella.  She recently turned two and our

enjoyment and free-time is focused on her.  We enjoy spending time outdoors

swinging and taking wagon rides.

This year I am entering my tenth year in education.  I hold degrees in

Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, and Literacy.  Additionally,

I am a certified Reading Recovery teacher.   You can contact me at (810)667-2448

or [email protected].
